原料:排骨、鸡腿、熟鸡蛋、冬笋、笋干、豆结、蛋白肉、干香菇、杏鲍菇、平菇、八角、香叶、桂皮、葱姜、可乐、红糖、老抽、生抽、蚝油、白酒、盐等
做法:
1、蛋白肉、笋干、豆结用水泡发,鸡腿和排骨用水清洗后,再用开水焯烫,捞出控干,各种菇类洗净改刀,干香菇需要事先泡发
2、高压锅内胆放入排骨和鸡腿,放入豆结、蛋白肉和笋干,放入菇类,放入鸡蛋和冬笋,放入葱姜几片(以上原料依次摆入,按照难易成熟的顺序)
3、加入八角、香叶和桂皮,加入香菇水,倒入老抽、白酒和盐,加入可乐,加入白酒、生抽、蚝油,加入红糖、可乐和开水
4、高压锅通电,45分钟关火,焖1小时
小贴士:
1、用高压锅做卤货,生活省时省力,懒人第一选择的厨具
2、材料越丰富越好,我手头上就有这么些食材~~,墙裂推荐菇类,卤出来很好次,鸡蛋是必加的,比乡巴佬更好的~~~
3、高压锅内原料依次摆入,按照难易成熟的顺序,把肉放最下面
4、卤汁是卤货的灵魂:自家做不必追求啥老卤老汤,简单也可以有好味道,后面详解
